Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of whisp.online, including rooms, games, social features, uploads, virtual items and creator tools. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 13 and legally able to use the service where you live. Give accurate registration information, keep credentials secure, and report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account.

2. Conduct

Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit or deceive others. Do not upload illegal, infringing, hateful, sexually exploitative or malicious material. Do not disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or bypass security, moderation, access controls or rate limits. Automation requires our written permission.

3. Uploaded content

You keep ownership of content you upload. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, technically adapt, display and distribute it only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service. You confirm that you hold all required rights. We may remove or restrict content for safety, law, rights protection or enforcement.

4. Rooms and shared media

Room owners and authorized editors can place, resize and control shared items, audio and video. Room content may be delivered to everyone present. You may share only media you are entitled to use.

5. Virtual currency and items

Coins, bars, stamps and virtual items are limited, revocable licenses inside the service. They are not money or property, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may be adjusted to correct fraud, errors or abuse. Mandatory purchase and refund rights remain unaffected.

6. Enforcement

We may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate accounts and remove content when reasonably needed to enforce these Terms, protect users or comply with law. Relevant records may be preserved for security, disputes and lawful requests.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, to the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data, user content, third parties or events outside our reasonable control.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when the service or law changes. We will announce material changes when required. Questions and notices can be sent to support@whisp.online.
